When can I expect to receive my jewelry?

We try to ship your purchase within 24 hours.   If you need a custom size, large order or have a custom order you will be advised of delivery time.  Efforts are made to get your orders completed right away!   Your package will be shipped via USPS first class mail unless you request otherwise.   First Class mail usually arrives within three - four days.   Only First Class Mail will be free of charge for orders over $50. 

Shipping costs?

*Shipping if free for orders over $50.  *For orders under $50 you will be charged $3.00 for First Class Mail.  Sorry, no free shipping for outside the US, actual shipping charges will apply (the shipping costs may have to be adjusted on the paypal cart for international orders).  If your order is only comprised of charity work, you will also be charged for actual shipping costs.  If your charity item is comprised of other items, and the other items total $50, then the free shipping will apply.  We make every effort to keep this expense as low as possible for you.  Again, only items shipped USPS First Class mail will be free of charge for orders over $50.  If you request any other delivery company or faster delivery, actual charges will apply.

Returns or exchanges?

We do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept exchanges, with a receipt, within 30 days of purchase.  Custom orders are non-refundable.  Items must be in their original condition with no signs of abuse.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.   Exchanges can only be made within 30 days.


Guarantee?

Items are created with the highest quality craftsmanship, I try to avoid use of certain 'findings' that allow your items to come apart, probably much like the ones sitting in your drawer that have already broken (ask about my repair service)!   Our items are hand-coiled and in most cases will *NOT break-away under normal use.  With reasonable and appropriate use, your jewelry should last forever.  However, 'stuff' happens and as long as you have your receipt I will fix your items free of charge as long as you have all the gemstones, crystals, pearls, etc.  If I have to replace them, there will be minimal charges for material.   Also, please keep in mind, as with all fashion items, certain materials or colors are discontinued.   Every effort will be made to match or replace to your satisfaction.   The best efforts will always be made to keep you happy.  It would make me sad :~( to know that your jewelry is sitting in a drawer unusable.

ABSOLUTE DISCLAIMER

*Please note that hand-coiled items will not "break-away".  Some career fields, such as nursing or a career where there is a chance that you can get hung-up on something require jewelry that will "break-away".  If that is the case, please email us and parts will be changed for you.  PLEASE note that children should always be under CONSTANT supervision as our jewelry is high-quality and necklaces should only be worn for special occassions.  THIS JEWELRY IS NOT MEANT TO BE PLAYED WITH.
